Middle School Restorative Specialist

This role focuses on improving the school climate by implementing restorative justice practices and fostering social-Emotional learning among students in grades 6-12. The specialist will collaboratively problem-Solve student issues using restorative methods while supporting their overall growth and development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate experience working effectively with at-Risk adolescents, particularly those with emotional and behavioral struggles, including two years working with dc youth. Proficiency with g-Suite tools and strong communication skills are preferred.
