Behavior Technician

The primary responsibilities include delivering one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills. Technicians must also maintain an engaging therapy environment, collect data, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, along with reliable transportation and a clean criminal history. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and physical ability to perform job tasks like lifting and bending is necessary.
