Child Care Counselor

The child care worker is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating youth service plans, providing individual and group counseling, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role also involves assisting youngsters with daily tasks like hygiene, food preparation, and maintaining clean and safe residences.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with three years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory. The role requires physical capabilities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and the ability to drive agency vehicles.
