Child Care Worker

The child care worker is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating youth service plans, providing individual and group services like counseling, and assisting youngsters with daily tasks including hygiene and routines. They must also ensure residences are clean and safe while adhering to established safety protocols.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged along with three years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory for operating agency vehicles. Essential functions require regular standing, walking, reaching, talking, listening, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
