The Behavior Technician will work with children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism, providing therapy in their homes or company centers. This role involves helping children develop communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States, and have daily access to reliable transportation, with a minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Availability for part-time or full-time schedules between 7 am and 8 pm CST, Monday through Friday, and weekends, is mandatory.

Schedule requirements: Part-Time or Full-Time between 7am-8pm CST Monday-Friday and weekends. Earn starting pay at $16/hr and up based on ABA experience/training. If you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. If you work part-time, you are eligible for sick leave.
Do you have what it takes? Although we don’t require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including: Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment). Eligibility to work in the United States. Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. The ability to pass a background check. Not to mention, it’s a plus if you: Are bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency. Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field. Have experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare. Gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting. Creating lasting, positive change for children and their families. Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs.
