Child Care Attendant

The child care attendant develops positive relationships with children and families while planning and implementing activities that stimulate learning across all developmental areas. This role also involves ensuring the classroom environment is safe, clean, and orderly, assisting with meal preparation and clean-Up, and providing necessary crisis intervention.

Candidates must possess at least six months of experience working with children under 12 in a group setting and demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills with children, parents, and co-Workers. A high school diploma or ged is required, though courses in early childhood education are preferred.
