New Grad Registered Nurse - Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Spring/Summer 2026Graduates

The registered nurse will deliver individualized patient care based on current evidence-Based research, policies, and standards, while maintaining ongoing communication with patients and the healthcare team regarding status and treatment plans. Responsibilities also include medication administration using technology, electronic documentation of patient care, and patient/Family education for health optimization.

Applicants must be graduating nursing students in spring/Summer 2026 and obtain a new jersey nursing license prior to the start date, along with aha cpr/Bls certification. A degree in nursing (Aas, bs, or ms) is required, with those without a bsn needing to obtain one within three years as a condition of employment.
