Behavior Technician Specialist, Part-time

The behavior technician specialist delivers direct 1

1 applied behavior analysis (Aba) services to children with autism under the supervision of a board-Certified behavior analyst. This role also involves building parent partnerships through caregiver involvement and assisting with program goal recommendations and material construction.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a behavior technician working with children and must be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the u.s. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and cpi training, alongside possessing strong skills in client service, critical thinking, and time management.
