The instructor is responsible for leading energizing, safe, and effective group fitness classes while connecting with participants to deliver a motivating experience. This includes preparing music, choreography, and the overall class structure in advance.
Candidates must possess a valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (e.g., NASM, ISSA, ACE) and be CPR certified. A minimum of one year of experience teaching group fitness classes along with a GED or High School diploma is required.
