Direct Support Professional

The role involves enhancing the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, such as teaching them to navigate housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed under the supervision of a house manager, with performance reviewed through observation and reports.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, with a strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential. A high school diploma/G.e.d. And experience in a home health aide or developmental disabilities setting are preferred.
