The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated treatment approaches for homeless youth, including completing assessments, setting goals, and developing individualized service strategies linked to wioa performance outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating access to skills training, supporting participants in career vision development, and monitoring progress with weekly contact and accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field along with two years of equivalent experience, and a minimum of three years in workforce development, preferably with at-Risk youth in a wioa-Funded project. The position requires willingness to work nights and weekends, possess or develop knowledge of trauma-Informed care, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass required background clearances.
