Bilingual Family Advocate

The family advocate provides comprehensive, strengths-Based support services to adoptive families, including mentoring, tutoring, and resource navigation. They are responsible for facilitating social groups, conducting family assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure program compliance.

Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience. The role requires a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
