Preschool Teacher

The teacher must thoroughly learn and implement challenger's curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy while maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching daily preschool classes while working patiently with students, parents, and coworkers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and successfully pass a background check and pre-Employment assessments. New hires will start with a paid teacher training program before managing their own classroom.
