Behavioral Health Professional

The professional will work directly with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (Idd) to develop positive behavior strategies and collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to establish a comprehensive support system. This role involves utilizing evidence-Based practices to foster emotional well-Being and skill development in these children.

Candidates must possess a patient, caring, and positive attitude, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trust with individuals with idd. Essential requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
