Y on the Fly - Activities Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the y on the fly program, ensuring all operations deliver exceptional service to participants and funders. Key duties include facilitating daily activities like stem and catch program implementation, maintaining records, ensuring participant safety, and managing incentive programs.

Candidates must possess two years of experience in youth development, education, social services, or community outreach, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required qualifications also include the ability to problem-Solve, work effectively outdoors, and hold current cpr, first aid, and aed certifications.
