Program assistant (Teaching health center)

The program assistant provides essential clerical support to the teaching health center's leadership and residency programs, handling confidential information, managing correspondence, and assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities also include scheduling meetings, assisting with new resident orientation and recruitment, and developing tracking logs for program data.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged equivalent, along with two years of data experience and two years of direct public interaction experience. Required abilities include strong clerical skills, typing proficiency of 30-35 wpm, dictation skills, computer literacy, and effective oral and written communication.
