Mhs i, healthy steps specialist

The healthy steps specialist delivers program services, conducts developmental screenings, and provides support to families during well-Child visits and home visits. They are responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate documentation in ehr systems, and facilitating parent support groups.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a health science-Related field with a focus on child development (Ages 0-5) and possess experience working with children and families. Current cpr certification is required, and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is preferred.
