Licensed practical nurse i, (School based)

The licensed practical nurse i provides direct nursing care to selected patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting in the delivery of healthcare as part of a team within a school-Based setting. Key duties involve accurate medication administration, patient education, tracking preventive health measures, and maintaining detailed and timely documentation in the ehr system.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved licensed practical nurse program and hold a current lpn license in the state of florida, along with current cpr and first aid certifications following american heart association guidelines. One to two years of experience in acute or ambulatory care is desired, and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
