DDS Registered Behavior Technician - Grove Street

The behavior technician assists the bcba in implementing positive behavior support plans and delivering interventions outlined in the treatment plan. Responsibilities also include providing direct one-On-One behavioral interventions to teach various life skills and reduce challenging behaviors in community and home settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, ged, or equivalent, and previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group living environment is required. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are mandatory, along with being a registered behavior technician or obtaining certification within the first three months.
