The role involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months, serving as the Lead Teacher in the infant classroom. Key duties include supporting daily operations, managing all aspects of child care like feeding and diapering, and guiding classroom staff to ensure high-quality programming.
Candidates must possess either an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or a minimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education along with infant/toddler experience. Preferred qualifications include experience specifically with infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months, strong flexibility, dependability, and the ability to pass required background checks.
$1250 Sign on bonus may apply to those who qualify
