Youth Care Worker I- Residential

This role involves working directly with youth, requiring patience and energy to assist them with homework, supervise their activities, and provide necessary correction directives. Duties also extend to preparing and serving meals and handling general domestic responsibilities.

Candidates must be fluent in english and prepared to work weekends, possessing at least one year of experience in childcare, social services, community work, or child welfare. A valid florida driver’s license with a good record is mandatory, and while a high-School diploma is required, higher education is preferred.
