Resident Counselor I

The resident counselor is responsible for the care and supervision of children while assisting in teaching life skills to teens. The role also involves performing domestic duties and requires driving responsibilities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and at least one year of experience in child welfare. A valid florida driver's license and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish are mandatory.
