Early Education Teaching Fellow

The early education teaching fellow will float between classes, assisting the lead teacher to foster a joyful and rewarding learning environment that maintains the child's imagination and curiosity through a thematic, hands-On curriculum. This role involves assisting teachers with classroom management, academic support, monitoring non-Scheduled time, and supporting school administration with behavioral and program execution efforts.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a preference for early education, and demonstrate a deep knowledge and passion for the subject matter while being able to differentiate instruction for rigorous content. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, openness to feedback, creative instructional strategies, and a cooperative, strong work ethic with a 'do whatever it takes' mindset.
