CT Waterfront Lifeguard

The primary role is to maintain a safe swim program for campers at the ymca day camp, providing constant oversight at the waterfront and in the water. This includes assisting in organizing aquatics activities like swim lessons and keeping accurate records of participation.

Candidates must possess current certifications in lifesaving, cpr, and first aid, specifically including a lifeguard certification with a waterfront and open-Water component. Prior experience in lifeguarding or aquatic environments is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
