Essential functions

  • Assist in planning, leading and implementing programs and general activities Provide high quality outdoor, educational and recreational experiences for teens Assist in the creation of a weekly programming schedule. Assist in daily programming activities. Help in keeping daily attendance and meal records. Ensure the general safety of the club & its members. Act as a mentor to the teens by participating in programing appropriately. Suggest new ways to improve the club. Assist program management as needed. Foster a work environment that’s inclusive, as well as diverse, where people can be themselves.

  • SCEHDULE: Monday - Friday after school and occasional weekends / 16 hours per week

Requirements

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Ability to assist, lead, plan organize and implement program activities. Team oriented Ability to work independently with little supervision Strong organizational and communication skills KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary. Will train.
