Community Coach (Part-Time) [Mon-Fri (9AM-2PM)] [Long Beach Center]

The community coach will guide individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in the community, focusing on fostering independence and skill-Building aligned with their person-Centered plans. This involves coaching for successful community integration, building supportive relationships, and advocating for respectful treatment.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with 1-2 years of experience providing case management services to individuals with disabilities. Candidates must possess proficiency in conflict resolution, strong computer skills for record-Keeping, excellent communication skills, and a valid california driver's license with a clean record.
