Clinical Educator- Operating Room (OR)

The clinical educator facilitates lifelong learning and professional development for clinical staff using adult learning theory, resulting in measurable outcomes across orientation, competency, and continuing education. Key duties include developing and evaluating onboarding/Orientation programs, managing competency assessments, designing educational activities based on practice gaps, and promoting research and evidence-Based practice.

Candidates must possess at least three years of related clinical and/Or nursing experience, along with a four-Year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Required certifications include state/National licensure for clinical practice, basic life support, and specialty-Specific certifications like pals, pears/Paces, or nrp.
