Lead Two Year Old Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum through age-Appropriate lesson plans, engaging and supporting each child's growth, and leading daily activities. Key duties also include maintaining a safe classroom environment, communicating effectively with families, and upholding health and safety standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a child development associate (Cda) credential, along with experience working with young children in a licensed setting being preferred. The role requires the ability to model positive guidance, collaborate with team members, and lift up to 50 lbs.
