The advanced practitioner will join the school based health team to provide care within a multi-Specialty provider base serving a diverse, low-Income patient population across eight counties. A strong interest in medical education is necessary to support the organization's role as a teaching health center.

The role requires a community-Minded advanced practitioner passionate about creating an exceptional patient care experience within a federally qualified health center setting. Candidates should be prepared to support medical education initiatives as the organization hosts residents and rotating learners.
