Childcare Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. They must also maintain professional rapport with families, ensure child safety and well-Being, and manage classroom organization and cleanliness.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with one year of classroom experience, and must be able to pass all required background checks. A child development associate (Cda) or associate of arts (Aa) degree is highly preferred for this role.
