Certified Diabetes Educator I - RD

The certified diabetes educator works with individuals at risk and with diabetes to achieve behavior change goals for better clinical outcomes. They provide individualized self-Management education and serve as a resource to staff and the community.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with less than 1 year of experience. Certification as a certified diabetes educator is strongly preferred within 12 months of hire.
