This includes the patient's history, physical findings, personality, and behavior in a non-punitive learning environment. SPs act as a patient, teacher, and evaluator. They offer learners a chance to practice repeatedly in a safe, controlled, and realistic atmosphere with nonjudgmental feedback. Essential Functions of the Role Delivers accurately memorized case details in the predetermined manner Evaluates learners on professionalism, physical examination, and communication skills in both formative and summative environments, including high-stakes examinations. Portrays realistic affects consistent with case specifications Facilitates debriefs and provides collaborative verbal feedback to learners Maintains professionalism and effective communication and interpersonal skills, while demonstrating flexibility and reliability with scheduling and assignments Participates in advanced learning workshops and training sessions Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner. Key Success Factors Knowledge of SP terminology, and skills and practices pertinent to an SP. Ability to use virtual applications such as Zoom or Teams, communicate via email, complete forms and evaluations in various applications. Qualifications

EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience Some experience working in a healthcare system a plus
