Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Bcbas will expand the availability of aba therapy and maintain reasonable bcba-To-Client ratios to ensure quality supervision. They will conduct caregiver trainings and collaborate with service providers to enhance understanding of aba principles.

Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and current bcba certification. Experience supervising rbts and a commitment to ethical practice are also important.
