Substitute Teacher

Substitute teachers will provide classroom supervision and support based on the lead teacher's plans while maintaining a calm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Responsibilities also include upholding classroom rhythms, routines, community agreements, and ensuring student safety according to school policies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting, along with strong classroom management and communication skills. Familiarity with or interest in waldorf education is preferred, and applicants must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work on short notice.
