Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance to serve clients across school, home, center, and community settings. New behavior technicians must complete a required 40-Hour training program and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire.
