Campus Minister for Faith Formation and Spiritual Development

The campus minister will provide pastoral care and spiritual direction to students through presence, conversation, and faith-Formation programming, including planning and leading retreats and pilgrimages. This role also involves overseeing faith and spiritual student groups and preparing students for sacraments through the explore program.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in divinity, theology and ministry, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in pastoral care, spiritual mentoring, or ministry, preferably in higher education. Required knowledge includes catholic theology, sacramental preparation (Including ocia), and liturgical practice, alongside strong organizational and collaboration skills.
