Registered Nurse Educator

The specialist will assist in organizing, coordinating, and supervising the delivery of hr educational services, ensuring learning needs are met and collaborating on new employee atmosphere and internship development. Key duties include coordinating various orientations, assisting with student placements, and maintaining compliance documentation for contract employees.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, although an rn or bsn is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the field. Required knowledge includes principles of adult learning and development, and experience engaging adult learners both in classroom and virtual settings.
