Nurse Educator

This role involves maintaining clinical competence, serving as a clinical resource and consultant for staff, and designing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating formal education programs for clinical areas. Responsibilities also include active participation in performance improvement and research programs, and assisting management with staff education records and orientation.

Candidates must possess current licensure in florida and bls certification, with acls and cnor being preferred. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, though a master's is also desired, and a minimum of one year of experience in the relevant clinical specialty is required.
