The instructor must deliver an extraordinary yoga experience by guiding cpy-Aligned classes, ensuring student safety through alignment education and modifications, and connecting with the community before and after classes. They are also responsible for front desk duties, pos transactions, and upholding studio cleanliness and business initiatives.

Candidates must possess specific yoga teacher training certifications depending on the completion date, along with current cpr/Aed certification, and preferably a high school diploma. Essential abilities include leading physical activity for up to 1.5 hours, withstanding heat up to 104 degrees in hot classes, and performing physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs.
