This professional clinical role involves providing intensive counseling services to youth and families within the together we rise program, focusing on preventing out-Of-Home placement through in-Home intervention for high-Risk cases. The counselor works as part of an integrated decision team to develop strength-Based, individualized treatment plans addressing substance use and safety concerns using trauma-Informed and culturally competent principles.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field (Counseling, psychology, social work) and are strongly preferred to be licensed or eligible for licensure in a healing art. A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with at-Risk populations, along with knowledge of diagnostic codes and psychotropic medications, is required.
