Counselor - Children's (Field-based)

The counselor provides trauma-Informed counseling and behavioral support services to high-Risk children and adolescents directly in their home and community settings. Key duties involve stabilizing crises, improving emotional regulation, developing coping skills, and reducing behaviors that risk out-Of-Home placement.

A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with at-Risk children and families. Candidates must possess sufficient clinical knowledge for various treatment approaches and must acquire specific training within 30 days of employment.
