Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba conducts functional behavior assessments and develops individualized behavior intervention plans for children ages 0-5. They collaborate with families and early learning staff to implement and monitor these plans, ensuring trauma-Informed practices are followed.

Candidates must have current bcba certification and experience working with young children, preferably in early learning or community-Based settings. Knowledge of trauma-Informed behavior analysis and strong collaboration skills are also required.
