Literacy Tutor

The primary responsibility is to tutor students of all ages and abilities in reading intervention and academic enrichment using structured, multisensory tools and techniques. This involves applying research-Based practices derived from the orton-Gillingham methodology through programs like phonics first®.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or be near completion, and be available to tutor after school hours and/Or on saturdays. Mandatory requirements include attending 30 hours of professional development for the phonics first® curriculum and passing a background check.
