Adjunct Instructor, Writing

The adjunct writing instructor is responsible for teaching face-To-Face and online college writing i courses, conveying subject knowledge effectively to achieve student learning outcomes. Duties also include fostering positive relations, maintaining instructional records, integrating curriculum, and working professionally with faculty and staff.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in composition, english, rhetoric, or a closely related discipline, or a master’s degree in a related discipline plus at least nine graduate semester credits in composition, english, or rhetoric. Preferred qualifications include experience teaching in secondary/Post-Secondary environments and experience with differentiated instruction for diverse populations.
