Youth Ministries Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for the overall planning and execution of all youth ministry programs in kalispell, montana, focusing on the spiritual development of children, teens, and young adults. This includes coordinating activities, recruiting and training volunteers, ensuring participant safety, and maintaining necessary program documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in youth programming such as troops or sunday school. A strong personal commitment to christ is required, along with the ability to relate positively to diverse groups and maintain flexibility while managing multiple priorities.
