Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children to adjust treatment plans, as well as testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation, treatment, and progress information using the electronic medical record system.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, a valid driver’s license, and experience with ms word and computer systems. Early childhood experience and great interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
