Assistant Teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.
Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children and the ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. A key requirement is the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with the children.
