Seasonal Summer Camp Coach

Camp coaches are responsible for teaching the kidstrong curriculum to groups of up to 20 children aged 4-9, focusing on brain, physical, and character development while ensuring the camp starts and ends on schedule. Responsibilities also include greeting parents, maintaining a professional demeanor, managing exercises, keeping accurate attendance records, ensuring center cleanliness, and using the coach's app for data recording.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and ideally possess an athletic or coaching background, with experience coaching kids aged 4-9 preferred. The role requires comfort in a physically intensive environment, the ability to lift equipment, hands-On interaction with kids for technique assurance, and comfort speaking with parents about incidents.
