Familiarity with higher education HR operations, including staff, faculty, and student employment processes and data management. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Kronos, iCIMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other HR-related software systems. Experience supporting hiring and employment transactions, leave administration, and timekeeping functions. Skilled in maintaining electronic records, digital files, and confidential information. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion.
