ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Chelsea

Responsibilities include providing individual treatment for clients up to age 21 by implementing learning programs under bcba supervision and collecting data on target behaviors. The role also involves delivering instruction based on applied behavior analysis principles and collaborating with caregivers to modify behavior.

Candidates must ideally have at least one year of experience working under a bcba as an rbt and possess strong communication and written skills, along with excellent attendance. Preferred qualifications include a certificate, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree in a behavioral health field, and rbt certification.
